A sea view from afar with a really expansive view is something quite special!
Really well stocked kitchen, some bonus treats and really warm and friendly hosts.
Even though the residences are connected, you wouldn’t know there was anybody else there, felt very private.
Located very close to the nicest beaches on the peninsula, highly recommend Rob and Pamela’s place.

Rob and Pamela were wonderful, such gracious and welcoming hosts. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly, showed us around the property, explained all the little details, and shared fantastic recommendations for places to eat and must visits, all of which were spot on. We loved hearing about the history of the property, and Rob even took us around the farm, which was such a special experience. You can genuinely feel the passion they have for what they do. The property itself is incredible. Beautiful views, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need. From catching stunning sunrises and sunsets from any corner of the house to star filled nights, this place is truly something special. Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at and we would 100% return just to spend time at the property again. Highly recommend.

I can guarantee this place will stay in your memory for a long time.
The green hills, the blue ocean, and the sound of birds chirping create an unforgettable harmony.
I simply sat on the couch for a couple of hours, just taking in the view.

The drive up was, needless to say, spectacular once we got to the top. The work you both put in, says it all! It showed in the way it’s cared for. Rob did well in giving us a tour of their land and the on going work. We love the room alloted to us. It has everything a home will need. I wish I could call it 🏡. A night stay is definitely not enough, sorry for that as we needed to be near Cape Jervis ferry for our KI trip. Will be sure to let family and friends know of this heaven on Earth. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay though it is too short.
Without you, we’ll not get to view nature at it’s best. For that, we’re honored. And I’m envious of the family that got to stay for 13days from your guest book that I read.
May we get to Adelaide in the future and see your progress.

We had the most wonderful time at Rob and Pamela’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a roaring fire that kept us toasty warm through the chilly weekend. The views from every window were absolutely breathtaking—made even more special by the sight of eagles soaring above and kangaroos grazing nearby.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook up some great meals, and the entire weekend felt like the perfect cozy escape. Rob was an incredible host—so generous with his time, taking us to feed the cows and giving us a thoughtful tour of the property while sharing insights into the amazing work they’re doing with the land.
We honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. Already looking forward to our return!

Our stay at Anacotilla Spring was absolutely perfect! Pamela and Rob have created a truly special place. From the moment we booked, they were responsive and thoughtful—they even messaged us the day before our arrival with helpful info about the local weather.
One of the highlights was an unforgettable trailer ride with Rob to meet and feed their cattle, during which he shared fascinating stories about the property’s history. Their passion for the land and their vision is clearly reflected in every aspect of the experience.
The house itself offers breathtaking views of rolling lawns and the sea. We spent our evenings by the French windows, soaking in the peaceful rain and watching birds flutter by. Pamela and Rob also shared fantastic recommendations for local eateries and markets, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you again—it was a memorable and truly worthwhile getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent two nights at Rob and Pam’s place over the March long weekend, with our two kids.
The property is stunning, with the most amazing views to the coast and surrounding hillside.

We had a fantastic time. The hilltop setting is spectacular. The place feels like a farm and there were lots of animals around for the kids, but it’s also very close to lots of great beaches. Rob was extremely helpful and responsive and went out of his way to make our stay as good as possible.

Pamela and Rob went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They are very generous hosts whos attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The house has amazing amenities and was extremely clean – in particular the well stocked kitchen stood out. The property itself was breathtaking, with a view you could sit and watch for hours! Rob and Pamela were hands down the best host and their place was amazing. I would 100% recommend their place to anyone. The view from the place was amazing and tour from Rob around the area to see the wildlife was just great. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

If we could we would multiple all possible stars we can give! Off all the airBnBs we visited over the years this was definitely THE BEST!
We got unforgettable memories when Rob drove us around the land. I wanted to see Roos and we got them in front of the window. The kitchen is equipped like at home and breakfast was complete and fresh. In one word….. a stay to remember! We highly recommend

We have never had a more responsive and helpful host. The home was amazing sitting atop a hill overlooking the ocean with kangaroos hopping in the fields below. The kitchen was extensively provisioned with 12 types of tea, over a dozen types of coffee, eggs bacon, milk, juice, etc. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was about a perfect stay. We use AirBNB a lot and I have to say this was likely our best stay ever.

Pamela and Rob were very welcoming. They went the extra mile to meet us in person to show us the Annexe, which had great accessibility and renewable features. It had a beautiful vantage point of the hills and the sea. Pamela and Rob were evidently very passionate about their place and it really shone through. It would have been great to stay a few more days to truly experience this special part of Second Valley.

Pamela and Rob made us feel so welcome and made sure we were well accommodated for. They provided all the necessities (shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, towels, bedding, food, coffee etc.). The property was beautiful and the scenery was AMAZING!! The cows were so cute and friendly. The beds and couches were so comfy. There was heating and aircon for any weather. The landscaping was so nice, wish we could’ve explored it more with nicer weather.

Spent New Years here with two close friends and had a fantastic time!
The scenery was incredible. Views over rolling hills towards the ocean. Roos hanging out under trees and saw a few eagles as well. The house itself has been very carefully designed and offers everything you would expect. Kitchen had the most appliances I have ever seen in an AirBNB.
Such thoughtful touches and gifts by the hosts…My mates are hoping to book again next year.
